From my childhood on, I had a passion for languages. After secondary school I went to university in Antwerp to study Germanic languages. I worked as a teacher for some time and then switched to the corporate sector, but I kept on dreaming about a job in the translation field. In 1995 I decided to start my own business as a freelance translator. And I have never had any regrets since.
